In this role, you will serve as the heart of site operations, directly shaping workplace culture, optimizing environment safety, and driving cross-functional projects that empower team members to perform at their best every day.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Champion the end-to-end workplace experience by managing lobby reception, site access control, interactive office maps, and ticketing workflows.

  • Drive site safety and compliance through comprehensive emergency action plans, safety training, audits, and safety program oversight.

  • Oversee operational budget administration, processing invoices, coding expenses, and tracking utility data for optimal site performance.

  • Lead project logistics for site renovations, capital facility improvements, vendor management, and employee culture events.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience supervising facilities operations, site administration, or office management in a corporate environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of facility systems, access control, maintenance databases, and safety compliance standards.

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to manage vendors, events, and ticketing systems.

  • Outstanding communication and customer service orientation to cultivate an inclusive, welcoming site culture.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
