The District Office Manager for District 70 will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the insurance agency, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent client service, and support for producers and agency staff. This role blends office administration with insurance operations support, and recruiting.

Responsibilities
  • Day to day functions in the office, including ordering supplies, payroll, Quickbooks, etc.
  • Setting recruiting appointments for the DM 4 to 8 per week
  • Management with Smart Office compliance
  • All Opra transfers
  • Agent and staff licensing support
  • All contracts, agents and employees
  • Monthly tracking of Life, P&C, Commercial, FFS, PGB
  • All FFS requirements, licensing and files
  • Maintain office hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
  • Schedule all District Meetings and DM travel
  • Coordinate events such as District Meetings, Training Sessions, Customer Appreciation Days, etc.
  • Any additional responsibilities assigned to you by the District Manager

Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Must have Associates, Bachelors, or Masters Degree
  • At least 2 years of office management experience
  • Must obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty License and register with the State of Ohio.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
