A well-established, patient-focused dental practice in the South Chicago area is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead the team and support continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about dentistry, team development, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Schedule

Monday Friday
Rotating shifts:

  • 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Position Overview

The Office Manager will oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-centered workflow. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage both administrative and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and staff scheduling
  • Present treatment plans and review financial options with patients
  • Supervise and support front desk and administrative team members
  • Ensure efficient patient flow and a high level of customer service
  • Manage billing, insurance claims, and collections
