Job description

We are looking for Full Time receptionist with dental office experience to cover our Office Manager's Maternity leave. Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and checking-in patients
  • Sending Insurance claims and receiving insurance payments
  • Keeping schedule managed, scheduling recalls and scheduling patients over the phone accordingly
  • Sending statements and receiving and processing payments
  • Managing patient flow


Our office hours are Monday/Tuesday, 7:30-4, Wednesday by appointment only, and Thursday 7:30-3:30. Applicant must have some dental office experience. Our office manager will be out from mid-late October until May. We are looking for someone to start ideally in early October so they can shadow our office manager for a few weeks before she is out.
