Position Summary

TheOffice Managerprovides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO,CFOand a small team. This roleis responsible forproviding administrative and operational support,managing schedules, coordinating travel and events,maintainingoffice supplies, supporting special projects, and ensuring day-to-day administrative operations run smoothly.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintainingprofessionalism and confidentiality.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the CEOand CFO'scalendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings and ensure all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Order andmaintainoffice supplies and equipment.
  • Plan and coordinate company meetings, team events, employee recognition activities, and leadershipoff sites.
  • Manage eventlogisticsincluding venues, catering, materials, technology needs, and communications.
  • Provide administrative support to a small team, including scheduling, document preparation, meeting coordination,lightaccounting,and follow-up activities.
  • Assistwithemployeeonboardingand offboardinglogisticsand employeerecognitionprograms.
  • Serve as the contact for facilities related requests.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shippingrequestsand other related work.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and departmental projects.


Qualifications


Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of administrative, executive assistant, office management, or related experience.
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements
