Job description

Our client is looking for an energetic, friendly and eager Office Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of their busy San Francisco, CA office. This is a direct hire opportunity and requires a candidate with professionalism, poise, strong attention to detail, being the point person in the office, someone who is hungry to learn with a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
90K-110K

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. Collaborate with leadership to ensure a positive work environment
  • Lead, manage, coach and assist other administrative professionals and receptionist
  • Manage multiple meeting room calendars, executive calendar management, travel coordination, expense tracking & reporting, event coordination and being point person for all building matters/vendor relationships
  • Run office related programs/events and handle meeting logistics
  • Maintain updated and accurate information in electronic databases
  • Provide administrative support to various team leaders/departments and other personnel as needed
  • Manage overall office maintenance including upkeep of cleanliness, organization, and stock of supplies
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of office management experience in a similar role
  • Must be motivated, professional, and have excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and personable with a "CAN DO" positive attitude
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and problem-solving skills
  • Tactful and adaptable, able to take direction and follow instructions
  • Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy
