Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Assist with office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Support payroll, accounting, and human resources with administrative tasks as assigned.
