Admin Clerk / Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
Answers phones, Process work orders, vendor bills, and customer invoices as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned, including filing, scanning, mail processing and more.

Associate's degree or higher; or equivalent related work experience.

โ€ข Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly
โ€ข Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
โ€ข Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
โ€ข Process customer credit applications
โ€ข Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
โ€ข Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files and drafting and proofreading correspondence
