Children's Dental Specialist & Adult Dentistry is seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy, patient-focused practice in Warrington, PA. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving office efficiency, and creating exceptional patient experiences. Our practice serves both pediatric and adult patients, offering a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Do

As our Office Manager, you will oversee the administrative and operational functions of the practice while supporting a positive culture for both patients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the dental practice to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient care
  • Lead, coach, and develop administrative and clinical support team members
  • Monitor and improve scheduling, patient flow, and treatment acceptance
  • Oversee insurance verification, claims processing, aging reports, and patient collections
  • Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients
  • Track office performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with providers to achieve practice goals and maintain a positive patient experience
  • Assist with community outreach, patient engagement, and marketing efforts
Qualifications

Required

  • Prior dental office management experience or strong dental administrative leadership experience
  • Knowledge of dental insurance, claims processing, aging reports, and patient collections
  • Experience in presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients
  • Strong scheduling and treatment coordination abilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred
