Position Overview

160 Driving Academy is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator to support daily operations at our Rochester, MN academy. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and professional experience for students, instructors, and visitors.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced training environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, providing professional and friendly customer service
  • Manage daily office operations including scheduling, filing, data entry, and general administrative support
  • Coordinate student onboarding, documentation, and recordkeeping to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Assist with enrollment processes, including collecting applications and verifying required paperwork
  • Maintain accurate student records in internal systems and ensure all documentation is up to date
  • Support communication between instructors, students, and leadership to ensure efficient operations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with tracking attendance, progress, and completion status of students
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized and operational
  • Support additional administrative tasks and projects as needed
