In this role, you'll handle order processing, internal coordination, document management, and general office support that keeps our teams moving. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy structured tasks, and love keeping things organized, this is the perfect fit.

What You'll Do
  • Process web orders, create customer accounts, and support order entry across locations

  • Keep office operations organized - mail, filing, archiving, shredding, supplies, and meeting room prep

  • Manage basic reception duties (light phone coverage, greeting visitors)

  • Assist leadership and internal teams with administrative tasks as needed

What You Bring
