Position Summary
This high-energy position requires customer service,assertiveness, excellent oral and written communications, and superborganizational skills. The Student Admin serves as the primary point of contactfor the internal and external constituents on matters pertaining to the COSMIACResearch Center objectives within the SOE Research Support Office.
The responsibilities for this position include, but are notlimited to, facilitating, and administering the day-to-day operations of theCOSMIAC office, providing front desk support, including answering thetelephone, greeting/assisting visitors, accepting deliveries, and aiding in security processing fornew hiring working with ISP, SFPC officer. Scheduling/coordinating meetings andevents and handling multiple calendars. Assisting with processing travel andexpense reimbursements.
Work-study eligible.
Position will be available through the summer with potential to continue during the academic year.

• Experience using software in Java, Python, Photoshop, HTML, and CSS programminglanguage
• Ability to travel to COSMIAC which is located by the Albuquerque Sunport.
