  • Preferred Skills: Plasma cutting systems and robotic integration. 6-axis robots and collaborative robots (cobots). Technical training and support.

What You'll Do

  • Develop qualified sales opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.
  • Demonstrate robotic automation and welding solutions.
  • Recommend technical solutions, prepare proposals, and close new business.
  • Manage customer activity, forecasts, and opportunities using HubSpot and Odoo.
  • Support customers through implementation, training, and ongoing success.
  • Travel to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows as needed.


What Makes You Successful

  • Must have MIG and TIG welding experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, automation, robotics, and industrial equipment.
  • Experience with 6-axis robots, collaborative robots, or robotic automation systems is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to engineering, operations, and executive teams.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Odoo, or similar.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Comfortable traveling up to 25% to support customers and grow the business.
