Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 base

About the Role

You'll be the bridge between our business teams and our ERP system, gathering requirements, solving process challenges, and leading successful implementations. If you like understanding how businesses work and translating that into technical solutions, you'll find real impact here.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings to design effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to communicate requirements, support development, perform testing, prepare training materials, conduct user demos, and collect feedback.

  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement

  • Partner with data stakeholders on clean migrations and accurate system integrations

  • Support data migration, integrations, and reporting by defining data mappings, business rules, and transformation requirements.

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

What You'll Bring

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Have 3+ years of experience with Odoo ERP implementation as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant

  • Know business processes like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, and Accounting

  • Know Odoo API integration concepts with other systems

  • Have experience with Odoo migration or upgrade work

  • Can communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

  • Use AI tools in your daily work to improve productivity, analysis, communication, and problem-solving

  • Have certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or ERP systems (a plus, but not required)
