Drive Supplier Quality & Continuous Improvement

EURO-WALL LLC is seeking a hands-on and analytical Supplier Quality Engineer to support and improve the quality performance of our supplier network. This role is responsible for ensuring incoming materials and components consistently meet quality, performance, and delivery expectations while driving supplier accountability and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across production, inspection, engineering, and supplier environments and has strong experience with supplier quality systems, root cause analysis, audits, and corrective actions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Quality & Development
  • Lead supplier qualification and onboarding activities
  • Manage First Article Inspections (FAI) and supplier approval processes
  • Maintain Approved Supplier List (ASL) and supplier quality documentation
  • Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and process reviews
Incoming Quality & Corrective Actions
  • Develop incoming inspection plans and sampling strategies
  • Manage nonconforming material and supplier containment actions
  • Issue and manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs)
  • Drive root cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, and related methodologies
  • Track supplier performance and recurring quality issues
Supplier Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop supplier scorecards and performance metrics
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support supplier improvement projects focused on quality, delivery, and cost reduction
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production teams
Systems & Documentation
  • Maintain supplier quality records, inspection plans, and corrective action documentation
  • Support ERP quality workflows within Odoo
  • Ensure specifications, drawings, and supplier requirements remain accurate and current
QualificationsExperience
  • 3–5 years of Quality Engineering experience
  • At least 2 years in Supplier Quality, Incoming Quality, or Supplier Development
  • Experience conducting supplier audits and managing corrective actions
  • ERP experience required; Odoo experience strongly preferred
Technical Skills
  • GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation
  • Inspection tools and measurement methods
  • SPC, FMEA, control plans, AQL, and capability studies
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
  • Proficient in Excel and quality reporting
Preferred Background

Experience within manufacturing, architectural products, aluminum, glass, hardware, or building products industries is a plus.

ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA, CSSGB) preferred but not required.
