Technical Logistics & ERP project Lead / Project Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)
Compensation: $130,000-$160,000


About the Role

The Logistics Lead/Project Manager oversees the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP’s logistics and supply chain modules. This role bridges the gap between business operations and IT, ensuring seamless integration of logistics workflows within the ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects focused on logistics, inventory, and supply chain modules

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from logistics stakeholders

  • Configure and customize ERP modules including Inventory, Purchase, and Delivery

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams

  • Coordinate with developers, consultants, and end users

  • Oversee data migration from legacy systems to ERP

  • Conduct user training and change management activities

  • Monitor post-go-live performance and continuous improvement


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years hands-on experience with

  • Strong understanding of logistics, warehouse, and supply chain operations

  • Project management experience (PMP or Agile a plus)

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Odoo.sh, Odoo ERP (v15, v16, or v17) or cloud deployments

  • Familiarity with third-party integrations (shipping carriers, WMS, etc.)

  • SQL or Python knowledge
