Building trust with patients and fostering collaboration within the healthcare team can greatly help in overcoming these challenges.

An OB/GYN RN is a registered nurse who specializes in women's reproductive health, pregnancy, labor, and postpartum care. OB Case RNs may also assist with high-risk cases, helping navigate complex medical and social situations to achieve the best outcomes for mother and baby.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an OB Case RN, and why are they important?

To thrive as an OB Case RN, you need a solid background in obstetric nursing, maternal-fetal assessment, and current RN licensure, often with additional certification in obstetrics (RNC-OB).
