• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health issues, recognizing clients' strengths and challenges from a holistic perspective.
• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions that consider unique cultural backgrounds and personal experiences.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to facilitate clients' growth and recovery.
• Actively develop individualized treatment plans outlining goals, interventions, and methods for monitoring client progress.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring each client receives comprehensive support tailored to their needs.
• Participate in crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments and formulating safety plans for high-risk clients.
• Advocate for client rights, providing essential case management support by connecting clients to appropriate community resources.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

You will work with a diverse clientele, reflecting various backgrounds and life experiences. This role involves serving individuals and families who may be facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.
• Strong understanding of and commitment to cultural competence in service delivery.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities, critical for effective client interaction and care.

• Prior experience in a community mental health setting or a similar role is highly preferred.
• Background in crisis intervention and familiarity with treatment modalities tailored to specific populations will be advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and outcomes.
