Job description

NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It's a unique legacy of innovation that's fueled by great technology-and amazing people.

At NVIDIA, we're helping healthcare robotics move from research prototypes to real-world systems. We are looking for a deeply technical Developer Relations leader to build the developer ecosystem for Physical AI in MedTech, with a focus on surgical robotics and hospital automation. You will work directly with developers, robotics teams, researchers, ISVs, hospitals, and strategic partners to help them build, test, and deploy next-generation healthcare robots on NVIDIA platforms.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build the developer ecosystem strategy for Physical AI in MedTech, focused on surgical robotics and hospital automation.

  • Work hands-on with developers building robotics workflows across simulation, synthetic data, perception, autonomy, and deployment.

  • Create reference workflows, sample applications, tutorials, workshops, and demos that help developers get to working prototypes faster.

  • Engage strategic robotics companies, MedTech OEMs, ISVs, hospitals, research labs, and system integrators to identify use cases and remove technical blockers.

  • Represent the voice of healthcare robotics developers to NVIDIA product and engineering teams.

  • Deliver technical content at GTC, robotics and MedTech events, developer workshops, partner bootcamps, and community programs.

  • Partner across product, engineering, field, marketing, and business teams to turn technical traction into repeatable developer momentum.

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, (or related field) or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years overall experience with 8+ years in solutions or developer-facing roles in healthcare robotics leveraging simulation, AI and real-time deployment stack.

  • Proven background working with robotics software, simulation, computer vision, sensor processing, autonomous systems, or real-time edge AI.

  • Experience building for developers: sample code, SDK integrations, reference architectures, technical blogs, workshops, demos, or open-source projects.

  • Ability to engage deeply technical developers while translating platform value for product, business, and executive collaborators.

  • Experience operating across an ecosystem: startups, enterprise partners, ISVs, researchers, systems integrators, and internal teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to simplify complex technology without losing the substance.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Direct experience in healthcare robotics, surgical robotics, hospital automation, medical devices, digital surgery, or healthcare AI workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA robotics, simulation, edge AI, or accelerated computing platforms.

  • Experience with sim-to-real pipelines, synthetic data generation, robot policy learning, digital twins, or real-time inference at the edge.

  • A visible developer presence: open-source contributions, technical talks, community leadership, published tutorials, research collaborations, or developer education programs.

  • Strong network across robotics developers, MedTech innovators, academic labs, hospitals, or healthcare ISVs.

With highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world's most desirable employers. We have some of the most hard-working and dedicated people in the world working for us and, due to outstanding growth, our special teams are growing fast! If you're a creative and autonomous person with a genuine passion for technology, we want to hear from you!

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.

Applications for this job will be accepted at least until June 6, 2026.
