We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer to help in writing, designing, testing, and manufacturing mechanical parts and assemblies. The chosen candidate will collaborate with experienced engineers, suppliers, and various departments to create reliable and effective mechanical solutions. They will aid product development from initial concept through to complete production.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in the creation and advancement of mechanical components, fixtures, jigs, and assemblies.

  • Build and modify 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.

  • Support prototype builds, engineering validation, and compose verification testing.

  • Analyze mechanical failures and participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.

  • Work with manufacturing teams to improve product quality, manufacturability, and production yield.

  • Support supplier qualification, technical reviews, and engineering change implementation.

  • Perform tolerance stack-up, DFM (Build for Manufacturability), and DFA (Build for Assembly) analyses.

  • Prepare engineering documentation, including specifications, test reports, BOMs, and build guidelines.

  • Participate in build reviews and cross-functional meetings with electrical, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.

  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and mass production ramp.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of engineering experience (including internships).

  • Experience using 3D CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX, Fundamental knowledge of mechanical assembly concepts, GD&T, and tolerance evaluation.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal, die casting, or SMT assembly is a plus.

  • Experience in engineering, validation, testing and failure analysis is preferred, Basic understanding of DFMEA, PFMEA, and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys) is an advantage.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 100,000 USD - 166,750 USD.
