Job description

Biote Medical is the world leader in hormone optimization and we are adding to our team! We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health.

This position will sit at our Irving, TX home office and work a hybrid schedule (M-W in office, Thursday and Friday remote). We're looking for someone with a passion for changing healthcare who wants to be in a hands-on and engaged position working within a dynamic and collaborative sales team.

You must be located in DFW area to be considered.

The ISR is responsible for proactive outreach, monthly engagement, and strategic upselling of Bioteโ€™s core hormone optimization solutions as well as complementary offerings such as Nutraceuticals and BioteRx. This role requires a consultative approach, CRM discipline, and close coordination with cross-functional teams to drive retention, education, and incremental growth.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and monthly touchpoints across assigned accounts to maintain engagement and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate Bioteโ€™s value proposition, including hormone optimization, Nutraceuticals, and BioteRx offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM; manage lead pipelines, track outreach cadence, and document progress.
  • Pursue other strategic outreach opportunities, such as New Product Launches.
  • Meet or exceed weekly activity goals, monthly touchpoint targets, and upsell conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and customer experience teams to align messaging and territory priorities.
  • Maintain professionalism, product knowledge, and compliance with Bioteโ€™s internal protocols and industry standards.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred but not required.
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or tele-sales.
  • Experience in medical, biotech, or healthcare sales is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strategic thinking and ability to understand business needs/goals.
  • Excellent phone communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
  • CRM proficiency required (Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet activity-based and sales goals.
  • Persuasive and resilient business development/growth in prospecting conversations.
  • Ability to overcome objections and educate providers/staff.
  • Comfortable making 20-40 calls per day.
  • Curious and quick to learn technical language and healthcare topics, understand clinical processes.
