Provides administrative support and assistance for Human Resources processes and programs within the Human Resources Support Center. Instills and maintains an attitude and culture of superior customer service. Meets productivity and compliance standards ensuring transactions are completed accurately and customers receive quality service in a timely manner.

  • Job Qualifications
    One year of experience in Human Resources.OrBachelor's degree.
    Degree (one of):
  • BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred

  • Major/Minor (one of):
  • BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred
  • HUMAN RES MGMT - Preferred

    Major Duties
    Performs routine administrative task to support Human Resources (HR) processes and programs. Takes initiative to assist as needed with task not directly assigned. Consults with supervisor on non-routine issues for which there are one or more readily apparent solutions.
    Responds to general inquires and questions regarding Human Resources (HR) issues that follow established procedures and practices. Refers more complex inquires to appropriate subject matter experts.
    Reports and recommends positive changes to policies and procedures.
    Performs other duties as assigned.
    Work Challenges
    HIPAA, Health Insurance and Portability Accountability Act Required within three months
    24/7 365 days a year
    Annual HR Code of Ethics/Confidentiality
