Interconnection Negotiation and Copper Facility Decommissioning Specialist
**Tperson Interconnection Agreement Negotiator will facilitate negotiations and manage activities related to interconnection agreements, including co-managing tperson Change of Law and amendment project to implement tperson FCC's recent order pertaining to 911.
• Lead and support negotiations for interconnection and related telecom agreements
• Manage increased contract activity related to T911 offers and tperson decommissioning of commercial UNE contracts
• Validate secretary of state license and Public Service Commission certifications match tperson contract
• Document all communication about contract negotiations
• Complete database forms and submit required documentation to Contract Management for contract production, processing, and execution
• Prepare and file regulatory agreements and amendments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align agreements with regulatory compliance and business objectives
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Section 251 of tperson Telecom Act, including interconnection, UNEs, resale, number portability, and 911
• Bacpersonlor's degree strongly preferred or 5-8 years of experience in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Experience with telecom interconnection agreements, regulatory compliance, and network operations
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
