Job description

Essential Duties/Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to):


  • While working to achieve N3B LLCC objectives, will ensure all activities and operations are performed in a safe and deliberate manner; will maintain required safety, security and operational training; assure procedural and regulatory compliance; and make safety, security and quality an integral part of every task; including taking the necessary steps to stop work if continuing the job is unsafe or compromises security.

  • Ensures a controlled documentation system, record retention, and information services including electronic records retention processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Ensures compliance to the requirements from regulatory agencies.

  • Maintains the technical and non-technical documentation change system.

  • Assures procedures are in place to classify and maintain records.

  • Interprets and enforces all documentation formatting, standards, policies, and operating procedure requirements.

  • May identify submission components, communicate documentation standards and coordinate assembly of regulatory dossiers.

  • May analyze and evaluate data, extract pertinent information, prepare information abstracts and executive summaries of material searched.

  • May maintain extensive knowledge of product information and continuous contacts with local, regional, and divisional customers.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Ability to apply moderate and some advanced document production skills.

  • Ability to perform duties and tasks that are varied but standardized.

  • Ability to resolve routine questions and problems while referring more complex questions to higher levels.

  • Ability to select from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

  • Level of language skills, mathematical skills, communication skills, reasoning ability and computer skills necessary to perform essential functions of the job.



Education and Experience Required:


Bachelors' degree in appropriate discipline; however, a combination of education and relevant experience wherein the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the positionโ€™s duties and responsibilities have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.
