Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles, coupled with excellent problem-solving, analytic-thinking, and decision-making abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead cross-functional projects through planning, execution, and delivery
  • Lead NPD projects through early concept development, engineering phases, testing, and product launch
  • Assist with analysis and business intelligence activities related to new product introductions
  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resource coordination
  • Drive PMO governance, documentation, reporting, and project health updates
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across teams
  • Coordinate work across engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, and marketing
  • Support regulatory, quality, and manufacturing readiness for new products
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions
  • Excellent decision-making abilities, with a focus on prioritization and risk management.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to translate complex engineering or manufacturing information into clear actions, timelines, and project requirements
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira) is a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with business or project management exposure
  • 1-3 Years of previous experience or internships in manufacturing, project engineering, project management or related fields is advantageous
