NPD Project Managers, or New Product Development Project Managers, are professionals responsible for overseeing the process of bringing new products from concept to market. They coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that product development aligns with business objectives. Their role often includes risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring product quality standards are met. Successful NPD Project Managers facilitate collaboration among engineering, marketing, finance, and manufacturing departments to deliver innovative products efficiently.
