The IT Manager will play an important role in supporting our employees and operations across multiple locations while helping improve the technology systems and processes that support the business.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on IT Manager to lead and support day-to-day technology operations across three locationsβ€”two in Utah and one in California.This position is responsible for maintaining reliable IT infrastructure, supporting business-critical systems, strengthening cybersecurity practices, overseeing end-user support, and identifying technology improvements that increase efficiency across manufacturing, warehouse, office, and leadership teams.The IT Manager will partner closely with site and functional leaders to prioritize technology needs, resolve technical challenges, support core business applications, and implement scalable solutions as the organization grows.This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise and enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and serving as a trusted technology partner to the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the IT roadmap for assigned locations, partnering with site and functional leaders to align technology priorities with operational and business needs.Manage, support, and continuously improve core business systems, including ERP, EDI, e-commerce platforms, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.Oversee IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support across two Utah locations and one California location.Maintain reliable network, server, hardware, software, and communication systems supporting manufacturing, warehouse, and office operations.Lead cybersecurity, data protection, backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery practices to help maintain secure and resilient operations.Evaluate, develop, and implement new systems, applications, integrations, and technology solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.Build and maintain secure and efficient integrations and communication platforms across EDI, supplier portals, internal systems, and collaboration tools.Partner with business leaders to identify technology-related process improvements and translate operational requirements into effective technical solutions.Lead, coach, and develop IT support resources while promoting strong customer service, accountability, continuous improvement, and cost-effective solutions.Manage assigned IT budgets, vendor relationships, licensing, hardware and software requirements, and technology-related purchasing.Establish and maintain appropriate IT documentation, standards, policies, and procedures.Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting when necessary, particularly for business-critical or escalated issues.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.5+ years of progressive IT experience, including experience leading IT operations, projects, or technical teams.5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems and enterprise business applications.Strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, end-user computing, and enterprise applications.Experience supporting technology within manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or similar operational environments.Working knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain technologies, including MRP, EDI, warehouse management systems, materials planning and control, and transportation management systems.Experience managing application development, systems implementation, integration, or other technology projects.Ability to work effectively across multiple technology platforms and operating systems.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects across multiple locations.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, from production and warehouse teams to senior leadership.High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment, with the ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive company information.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience supporting or administering SAP.Experience supporting IT operations in an automotive, manufacturing, distribution, or aftermarket environment.Experience with ERP integrations, EDI, e-commerce platforms, WMS, and Microsoft 365.Experience managing third-party technology vendors, service providers, and software partners.Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, backup strategies, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.Work Arrangement & TravelThis is an on-site, multi-site position supporting three operating locations: two in Utah and one in California.The IT Manager will maintain a regular on-site presence and provide hands-on technology support as needed.
