Work Hard. Get Paid Well. Enjoy Your Fridays Off.

If you like staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a crew that actually takes pride in what they produce, this job is for you. Our Production II team members are the engine that keeps our operation running-and we treat them that way.

This is not a desk job. You'll move, lift, build, and produce real product-while earning solid pay, great benefits, and a schedule that gives you long weekends every week.

What You'll Be Doing
Keep production moving by dumping raw product and stacking finished cases
Build pallets of finished goods that meet quality and safety standards
Mix and prepare batters that become high-quality food products
Follow food safety, HACCP, and quality standards like a pro
Work alongside a team that values speed, safety, and getting it right
You'll leave each shift knowing you put in real work and helped create a product people trust.

Why You'll Want This Job
Competitive pay plus a $1/hour night shift premium
Four 10-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday) - every Friday off
Low-cost medical insurance + dental & vision
Paid holidays & paid vacation
401(k) with company match
Safety shoe reimbursement
A steady, long-term job with a company that's growing-not going anywhere
A team environment where effort is noticed and reliability matters

What It Takes to Succeed
Manufacturing experience is helpful-but motivation matters more
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
A safety-first mindset
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Physical capability to:
Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Move product above shoulder height
Use a manual pallet jack
Handle basic math on the floor

Bottom Line
If you want a reliable schedule, strong benefits, and a job where the shift goes fast because you're always moving-this is it.
