Job Title: HR Generalist

Who: An HR professional with 3–5 years of experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

What: Provide hands-on HR support including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, performance management, policy administration, and reporting.

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations for a multi-site workforce. This role serves as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and performance management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations matters and workplace investigations.

  • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding programs.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
