Position Overview:
The Territory Sales Representative - Northern FL is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for Salvin Dental Specialties. This role focuses on developing and executing territory-specific sales strategies, growing existing customer relationships, and acquiring new customers across Salvin's dental and regenerative product portfolio. This is a remote position, however, the successful candidate must live in the Northern Florida area.

Who you'll work with:
  • This role will report directly to the Southeast Regional Sales Manager with strong ties to the senior leadership team and other Regional Sales Managers.
  • Daily support from Customer Service, Order Fulfillment and other Territory Sales Representatives in the field.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for all Salvin Dental product lines within your assigned geography inclusive of both current customer growth as well as new customer acquisition.
  • Represent the company in all dealings with key customers in an effort to gain market share that will ultimately lead to achieving annual sales growth goals for the successful representative and the business.
  • Leverage experience, prior relationships, and people skills to successfully develop productive relationships with all customers in your assigned territory.
  • Achieve the assigned sales goals and KPI's as assigned for your territory.
  • Maintain good record keeping of customer information as well as status within the sales funnel to ensure healthy opportunities for continued growth.

What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the medical and dental industry doing business to business sales, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Highly Self-Motivated, competitive, results driven professional with the ability to analyze data and solve problems.
  • Ability to build and maintain key professional relationships with customers by gaining trust and supporting their businesses.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills required.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000 Base + Commissions
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.

Remote Environment
This position is fully remote, meaning you will perform your work from a home office or another approved location rather than a traditional company office. As a remote team member, you will be expected to maintain a reliable internet connection, a productive and distraction-free work environment, and consistent availability during established business hours. Regular communication and collaboration will take place through virtual tools (e.g., video conferencing, messaging platforms, and email), and you will be responsible for staying engaged, meeting deadlines, and participating in team meetings and company initiatives. While the role offers flexibility and eliminates commuting, it also requires a high level of self-motivation, organization, and accountability to be successful.
