Job description

Location: Onsite - Holly Springs, NC

Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)

Contract Length: 9 months (possible extension)

Compensation: $63/$71 per hour (based on experience)


Summary of the Role

Lead and manage high-level, complex non-technical projects for a large biotech pharmaceutical leader. Oversee all phases of the development lifecycle, from feasibility through implementation, ensuring delivery within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. Regularly interact with cross-functional teams and management to meet project objectives and ensure compliance with regulated quality systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver complex, strategic projects from initiation through completion
  • Coordinate resource allocation and direct project team activities
  • Oversee all project phases including feasibility study, requirements, analysis, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and project reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Integrate and report project plans and portfolios using schedule/task data and standardized status reporting
  • Track and coordinate GxP-impacting changes, ensuring compliance through collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, and Technical SMEs
  • Support Change Control activities in GMP-regulated systems, ensuring thorough documentation and compliant execution
  • Communicate project risks, issues, status, and outcomes clearly to project stakeholders and leadership
  • Champion business process development and change management best practices
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience managing medium to large scale projects
  • Deep understanding of project management processes and methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency with MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in business process development and change management
  • Familiarity with systems for information sharing and collaboration
