Role: Technical Test Lead - Functional Testing , Automated Testing, Java, Selenium/ RFT/QTP, (Healthcare Domain)
Duration: Full TIme
Location: Omaha, NE / Phoenix, AZ
Qualifications
Basic
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with IT
Preferred
At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design
Experience with Healthcare domain.
At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
Minimum 4 years of core Healthcare domain expertise with the Testing experience; Exposure to US healthcare requirements like HCR, Medicare/Medicaid, Compliance, HIPPA, HealthCare Exchange (HIX)
Proficient in preparing functional and non-functional requirement documents as per business need, Expertise in effort estimates, outlining test strategy, creating test plan, data setup, scripting, execution, monitoring and reporting
Minimum 4 years of Working experience in Functional, Automation and mobility testing experience, including web application & .Net batch application testing with minimum 2 years of hands on experience in creating medium to high complexity SQL queries.
Must be adequately proficient (3-4 years hands on experience) in Automation implementation, scripting, script reviews, imparting automation skill to team members (QTP/RFT/Selenium, Cucumber, Java)
Should have experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology. Closely work with various stakeholders (such as BA, Dev, Product owner), to prioritize and define acceptance criteria for user stories in form of System behavior.
Should be self-motivated, and have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
