Also, the candidate must have proven working knowledge of testing methodologies and be able to manage defects and develop QA metrics. HP/Mercury Quality Center experience is required for this position. Mainframe programming, scripting or experience in test automation a plus.
Must have the ability to work closely with other teams, facilitate meetings and be able to interact with both technical and business team members.
The candidate must have working knowledge of supporting protocols that support software development efforts for mainframe and distributed environments.
Proficient in Software Testing techniques, methodologies and defect management.
