This team partners across Compliance, Technology, Risk, Legal, Operations, and business stakeholders to strengthen regulatory readiness, improve data quality, and ensure connected systems support accurate compliance operations. The environment is cross-functional, deadline-driven, and focused on high-quality delivery across complex banking platforms and governance initiatives.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Jersey City, NJ, supporting a compliance technology and operations initiative tied to Regulatory Change Management connectivity, UAT execution, data mapping, and compliance data remediation. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, integrated banking platforms, testing governance, and data-driven compliance transformation work.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead UAT planning and execution for Regulatory Change Management connectivity initiatives across integrated compliance and banking systems.
  • Create detailed UAT test cases and scripts from BRDs, FRDs, and approved business requirements.
  • Map requirements to functional and UAT test scenarios to ensure complete traceability and appropriate test coverage.
  • Coordinate testing across system integration, functional, regression, and connectivity use cases.
  • Track UAT progress, maintain test artifacts, document execution results, and support final sign-off and go-live readiness.
  • Partner with IT, business users, Compliance Operations, and senior stakeholders to triage defects, validate fixes, and drive closure.
  • Support compliance data management by cleansing, reconciling, analyzing, and improving data consistency across connected compliance pillars.
  • Prepare stakeholder-facing reporting, status updates, issue summaries, and training materials such as user guides and FAQs.

Are you an experienced compliance UAT and regulatory data professional ready to make an impact?

  • 7+ years of experience leading UAT activities within banking or financial services environments.
  • Strong experience authoring UAT test scripts and deriving test cases from BRDs, FRDs, and business requirements.
  • Proven background managing end-to-end UAT execution for regulatory change, risk, compliance, or system integration initiatives.
  • Experience supporting connectivity testing across multiple platforms and integrated systems.
  • Strong understanding of SIT, functional testing, regression testing, defect management, retesting, and sign-off processes.
  • Experience with Databricks or similar middleware/integration platforms supporting data and system connectivity.
  • Strong requirements traceability, impact analysis, and business-to-functional mapping experience.
  • Experience validating AI-driven automation or AI-generated outputs is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including PowerPoint and Word.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA or other testing/defect tracking platforms.
  • Power BI reporting experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide clear senior management updates.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional compliance and technology environment
