Job description

Job Title: UAT Program Coordinator 
Job Location: Santa Clara, CA 
Job Type: Contract 

Job Description:  

  • Enforce UAT frameworks, track milestones/dependencies, and facilitate sign-offs to align with project timelines. 

  • Oversee test scenarios, scripts, data prep, environments, and tester onboarding; maintain traceability to business requirements. 

  • Manage tester rosters, scheduling, defect logging/escalation, and daily status reporting. 

  • Serve as central coordinator for stakeholders; provide updates, manage escalations, and drive cross-functional buy-in. 

  • Collaborate on real-world validation scenarios tied to requirements. 

  • Ensure seamless transitions from technical testing; capture lessons learned and refine playbooks/tools. 
     

Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years in program/project management with hands-on UAT/test coordination for enterprise initiatives. 

  • Familiarity with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes/systems is a must. 

  • Proven experience driving large-scale UAT with business, IT, and PMO stakeholders. 

  • Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle, test planning, and defect management. 

  • Subscription/billing platform experience is highly preferred. 

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented; excels in managing priorities under deadlines. 

  • Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills for multi-level stakeholder engagement. 

  • Experience with JIRA, Asana, SPM, Google Suite, or similar tools. 

  • Preferred: PMP/CAPM certification; Agile/Scrum and change management knowledge.
