Thinking Minds' client is looking for an experienced SAP ERP Lead to drive the end-to-end implementation and deployment of SAP solutions across Plant to Produce (PTP) and Inventory to Deliver (ITD) value streams. This role is crucial for supporting component manufacturing, repair, and lab activities. The successful candidate will collaborate with program management, engineering, and other strategic pillars to enhance Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Ideal Candidate Should Have
SAP Enterprise Resource Planning experience
Experience with iBASEt Solumina systems
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
Established project management skills
Role Overview
The SAP ERP Lead will coordinate and influence strategy development for ERP implementation in manufacturing execution and MOM integrations. This includes requirements definition, business process blueprinting, and standardization of processes. The role involves engaging with consulting and system integrator resources to maximize business impact, using lean process improvement methodologies to address complex processes, and collaborating with the DT organization to support implementation.
