Job description

Company Description

Process Pro Consulting is a Diamond HubSpot Partner Agency specializing in:

  • HubSpot CRM Implementation
  • CRM Optimization & Automation
  • Revenue Operations (RevOps) Strategy
  • Tech Stack + Data Integration support

We support B2B SaaS, professional services, manufacturing, and financial services companies in building scalable, high-performing revenue systems.

Job Description

The Role

The Solutions Architect (SA) is the technical and strategic lead across client engagements, owning the full lifecycle from discovery through solution design, planning, and delivery oversight.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant client-facing responsibility. You will lead complex discovery processes, design scalable HubSpot solutions, and ensure alignment between business requirements, CRM architecture, and delivery execution.

You'll work across multiple engagements simultaneously, partnering with Consultants, automation engineers, and developers in an agile delivery environment (sprints, epics)-setting the standard for solution quality, technical design, and system integrity.

When needed, you'll go hands-on to ensure the build reflects the intended design.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

Account Level: Technical Ownership & Strategic Support

  • Maintain a strong understanding of each client's business model, HubSpot maturity, and tech stack
  • Act as the technical voice of the client, ensuring delivery teams have the context needed to execute effectively
  • Identify opportunities to expand impact (RevOps gaps, automation opportunities, underutilized HubSpot capabilities)
  • Partner with Consultants and Customer Delivery Managers (CDMs) to support solution scoping and technical sales
  • Proactively identify and escalate technical risks, scope gaps, and misalignment with clear recommendations

Initiative Level: End-to-End Solution Design

  • Lead discovery sessions with executives and stakeholders to define goals, pain points, and success metrics
  • Develop Business Solution Designs (high-level architecture), including:
    • HubSpot configuration strategy
    • Integration architecture (ERP, middleware, third-party tools)
    • Process gaps and system dependencies
  • Build and sequence Epic Plans (sprints, dependencies, delivery roadmap)
  • Lead solution design reviews and drive client alignment and sign-off
  • Conduct technical research (feasibility, integrations, proofs-of-concept) for complex requirements
  • Ensure seamless handoff to delivery teams with clear documentation and shared understanding
  • Stay engaged through build and stabilization to ensure solutions are delivered as designed

Process Level: Deep System & Workflow Design

  • Design and document end-to-end business processes (lead lifecycle, pipeline management, quote-to-cash)
  • Translate processes into HubSpot architecture, including:
    • Pipelines, objects, properties, and associations
    • Workflow automation and logic
    • Integration points and data flow
  • Document decision logic, edge cases, and system interactions to eliminate ambiguity during build
  • Build complex or sensitive components when needed (custom-coded actions, advanced workflows, integrations)
  • Pressure-test solutions against real-world operations to avoid over-engineering or misalignment
  • Validate that final builds match design intent-and own resolution when they don't
Additional Information

This Role Is a Fit If You

  • Have led end-to-end HubSpot solution design, not just configuration or execution
  • Think in systems and architecture, connecting business processes to technical implementation
  • Are comfortable leading conversations with senior stakeholders and driving alignment
  • Have deep expertise in HubSpot CRM (Sales, Marketing, Service, Ops Hub)
  • Understand how data models, automation, and integrations work together at scale
  • Produce clear, detailed technical documentation (specific properties, workflows, system logic)
  • Can manage multiple concurrent client engagements without losing quality or context
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance
  • Hold a high bar for quality and don't let "good enough" ship when it shouldn't

Technical Experience

  • HubSpot CRM architecture, implementation, and optimization
  • Workflow automation, data modeling, and reporting
  • Integrations using tools like Zapier, Workato, Syncari
  • Experience with ERP/financial systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct)
  • Designing processes like lead lifecycle, pipeline management, and quote-to-cash
  • Agile project delivery (sprints, epics, tools like Asana, Jira)
  • HubSpot certifications across one or more Hubs

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or multi-CRM environments
  • HubSpot <> Salesforce integration experience
  • Exposure to data warehouses / BI tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with JavaScript or HubL (custom-coded actions, CMS)
  • Experience with PLG environments and product usage data in CRM workflows

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 (dependent on skillset and experience)
  • Quarterly bonus program
  • Customer expansion bonus program
  • Net new customer sales bonus program
  • Fully remote + flexible hours
  • 20 days PTO + 13 standard US holidays
  • 2 company mental wellness days
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Health & wellness stipend
  • 401(k) with match (eligible after 6 months)
  • Parental leave + short-term disability
  • Home office equipment provided
  • Professional development budget

Apply If

You've been the person defining and owning the CRM solution-not just building it-and can confidently connect business problems to scalable HubSpot architecture across systems and teams.
