Valley View Care Manager

Potential Housing Available: Valley View has newly remodeled studio apartments available literally 1/2 block from the hospital for $1780/month (Studio) - $1990 (1-bedroom) includes Wi-Fi, utilities, on-site laundry room and fully furnished. No deposit, just move in ready! Available to Travelers during their assignment, based on availability.

Schedule: 3-12's or 4-10's YOU CHOOSE! This is a full-time day position with weekend rotation, no call.

General Objectives: Assists Valley View inpatients and outpatients and their families in the overall Management of their plan of care across the continuum.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum of 3 year's RN Case Management Experience is required. Flu Vaccine required - no exemptions.
