Job description

Software Engineer- NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR. Design, configure, enhance, and support enterprise legacy application systems and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms for the retail, apparel, and footwear industries. Focus on PowerBuilder based application support and modernization and FlexPLM and Centric PLM implementation and configuration to support end to end product development processes. Support PowerBuilder application migration and modernization efforts, including deployments using Appeon technologies and cloud aligned architectures; configure and support FlexPLM systems for product lifecycle management; develop and maintain custom modules, reports, workflows, data model extensions, and role based access configurations; and troubleshooting and optimizing the performance of PowerBuilder and PLM production environments. Collaborate with cross functional teams to assess technical feasibility and implement solutions aligned with business requirements. Contribute to the enablement of advanced analytics and machine learning (ML) capabilities within enterprise application environments. Support data pipelines and integrations that allow ML driven insights, such as data validation, anomaly detection, forecasting, and process optimization, to be operationalized alongside existing PLM and legacy application workflows. Collaborate with technical and analytics teams to ensure analytical outputs are effectively incorporated into production systems, reporting, and decision support processes. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or Mathematics and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

• PLM systems in retail, apparel, or footwear industries.
• FlexPLM or Centric PLM, including system configuration, workflows, and module support.
• PowerBuilder application development or support, including PowerScript and DataWindow technology.
• Enterprise system integrations, ETL processes, and relational databases.
