Job Summary
The Coding Compliance Coordinator will perform data-quality reviews on patient records to ensure compliance with coding guidelines. The primary responsibilities will include serving as a coding liaison to staff and external personnel; providing training and in-services to coders regarding guidelines, compliance issues and policy changes; performing claim reviews; developing and maintaining policies and procedures; evaluating incomplete or inconsistent documentation in the medical record; and ensuring patient confidentially.
This is a remote position.

Effective 07/01/2026, this position will report through the Revenue Cycle department in Beyond Blue.
