Employers may provide training and mentorship to help new property managers develop the necessary skills and knowledge. This path is ideal for those looking to break into real estate or property management without a previous background.

Most companies provide training and mentorship programs to help you build confidence and competence, and you'll gradually become more comfortable with responsibilities like rent collection, maintenance coordination, and lease administration.
