Assistant Kitchen Manager #103

The Texan Stores is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in leading kitchen operations at our store in Monahans, Texas. Our large and beautifully designed convenience stores serve a variety of merchandise, including fresh-made to order food and grab-and-go options. We are seen as a "restaurant that serves gas,". We are looking for a savvy kitchen leader to join our team and drive food sales while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Train and coach a successful team of kitchen staff
  • Drive food sales and ensure successful restaurant operations
  • Complete daily paperwork and audits, and ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-stocked
  • Promote sales traffic in the restaurant area and liaise with vendors
  • Lead and coach the team to excellence in food service operations
