Five Points Café is Searching for a Talented Kitchen manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining Inventory
  • Ordering from vendors
  • Organize and monitor the kitchen staff to ensure food quality and time sensitivity
  • Ensure we are ready for service
  • Monitor food quality and plating of all food
  • Problem solve any issues that may arise in the kitchen
  • Communicate effectively with other Operation Managers and Owner

Required Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience in hiring, training, scheduling, and staff evaluations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience food, liquor, and beer ordering
  • Possession or ability to obtain Food Handler's permit upon employment
