What You'll Do
As a Graduate Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in an acute care hospital setting while working under the supervision of a preceptor or nurse leader.
Responsibilities include:

Qualifications
Education
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Licensure
• Authorized to take the NCLEX-RN
• Authorized by the Board of Nursing to practice as a Graduate Nurse
Alabama RN License or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license within 3 months of hire
• Current BLS certification
Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC) may be required depending on the unit.
Experience
