Renewed Counseling Hub is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our innovative team. This position is remote, allowing you to work comfortably from your home while still connecting with patients and team members via telehealth platforms. You'll engage with clients through virtual sessions and digital communication, ensuring both convenience and accessibility in delivering care. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health history, leading to tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches in individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaboratively develop and periodically review comprehensive treatment plans with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and progress.
• Prioritize and manage caseload effectively by assessing patient needs, including those who are new, currently receiving care, or in discharge planning.
• Coordinate care by engaging with patients, their families, healthcare providers, and community resources to create an integrated support structure.
• Offer crisis intervention, bereavement support, and social work interventions as needed to assist clients in times of emotional difficulty.
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff members.

The LPCC will work with a diverse array of clients, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A master's degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a full caseload effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with clients and team members.

While a minimum of two years is required, additional experience working in a community health or telehealth setting is highly favored. Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will benefit applicants.
