Position Overview

Renewed Counseling Hub is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our innovative team. This full-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional care to clients while collaborating closely with healthcare providers and community resources. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health challenges within a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Organization

At Renewed Counseling Hub, we are committed to enhancing community well-being through comprehensive mental health services. Our community health clinic in Fontana, California, serves a diverse population, providing a safe and welcoming space where individuals can pursue their mental wellness goals. We believe in empowering our clients through personalized care, and we pride ourselves on our integrated approach to mental health care.

Work Environment

This position is remote, allowing you to work comfortably from your home while still connecting with patients and team members via telehealth platforms. You'll engage with clients through virtual sessions and digital communication, ensuring both convenience and accessibility in delivering care. Our management team is dedicated to providing ongoing support and guidance to all staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health history, leading to tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
  • Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches in individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaboratively develop and periodically review comprehensive treatment plans with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and progress.
  • Prioritize and manage caseload effectively by assessing patient needs, including those who are new, currently receiving care, or in discharge planning.
  • Coordinate care by engaging with patients, their families, healthcare providers, and community resources to create an integrated support structure.
  • Offer crisis intervention, bereavement support, and social work interventions as needed to assist clients in times of emotional difficulty.
  • Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff members.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPCC will work with a diverse array of clients, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our commitment to culturally competent care means that our counselors are prepared to work effectively with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences, ensuring that every client feels understood and respected.

Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Professional Counseling or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology for clinical documentation and virtual therapy sessions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a full caseload effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with clients and team members.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years is required, additional experience working in a community health or telehealth setting is highly favored. Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will benefit applicants.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage to help you maintain your well-being.
  • A 401(k) retirement plan with company matching to support your long-term financial goals.
  • Paid time off (PTO) and sick leave for work-life balance and personal health.
  • Life insurance options to provide peace of mind for you and your family.
  • A supportive management team committed to fostering professional development and continuous improvement.

Renewed Counseling Hub encourages ongoing professional development through training and mentorship programs. As a key player in our organization, you will have opportunities to advance within the company, possibly moving into leadership roles or specialization areas that enhance your clinical practice.
