Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Fabrication Helper to join our team. The Fabrication Helper will assist in various tasks related to the fabrication process, supporting our team of fabricators and ensuring the smooth operation of our production floor.
Responsibilities:
  • Material Handling: Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products using appropriate equipment and following safety protocols.
  • Assembly Assistance: Aid in the assembly of components and parts according to specifications provided by the fabrication team.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste materials. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.
  • Tool Preparation: Prepare tools and equipment for use by fabricators, including cleaning, lubricating, and ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Quality Control: Assist in quality control checks to ensure that finished products meet established standards and specifications.
  • Support Fabrication Processes: Provide support to fabricators by holding materials in place, operating machinery under supervision, and performing other tasks as directed.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
