ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I opened my State Farm agency in November 2016 after a career in the NFL and years of working in the insurance industry since 2012. I'm a graduate of Murray State University with a business degree and, outside of the office, I enjoy coaching my kids' sports, volunteering at church, supporting local organizations, and getting in a round of golf when I can. Family and community are a big part of who I am, and that spirit carries into how we run our agency.
Our office operates under five core values that guide the way we treat people and the level of excellence we provide. We currently have four full-time licensed team members and two part-time licensed team members, all working alongside me as a dedicated agent committed to helping you succeed in your career path.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Shane Andrus - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
