ABOUT OUR AGENCY:Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of four who take pride in serving our customers and community with professionalism and integrity. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I ran my own business in the clothing industry as a consulting representative, helping new business owners get started with merchandising and operations.
I attended Springfield College and had the opportunity to play in the NFL with the New England Patriots. Sports have always been a big part of my life and helped shape the discipline, teamwork, and competitive mindset I bring into the office today.
Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I currently serve as Chairman of a local food bank, sit on the board for a church called Shared Ministry, and am actively involved with our local Chambers of Commerce.
For our team, we offer PTO and paid holidays, additional bonus opportunities, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on maintaining work-life balance.
Our office culture is fun, welcoming, and positive while still maintaining a strong work ethic and reputation for excellence. We're looking for someone who is coachable, disciplined, competitive, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team. If you enjoy working hard while being part of a supportive and energetic environment, this could be a great place to grow your career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
