Position Overview
This role is designed for individuals looking to break into the insurance and financial services industry through lead generation. It's a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional office environment, with potential for growth into a licensed sales role. No insurance license is required to start - but for those who thrive in this role, we offer resources and support to help you become licensed
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Actively prospect and identify potential insurance customers through outbound calls, follow-ups, and referral activity.
  • Customer Engagement: Start meaningful conversations to build interest in State Farm products like auto, home, renters, and life insurance.
