Job Description
Sales Reps will:
  • Attend sales strategy meetings and communicate new ideas and feedback regularly
  • Assist Account Managers with customer interactions and sales support
  • Launch retail campaigns, test campaigns, and new products as assigned
  • Initiate customer engagement and acquisition
  • Learn the campaign process, client products, test markets, customer patterns, and sales process
  • Train new associates in events and sales department
  • Represent one or more of our brand name clients
  • Implement promotional events inside of retail (NO DOOR TO DOOR, BUSINESS TO BUSINESS OR TELEMARKETING INVOLVED)

Qualifications
Next Level's Ideal Candidate:
  • Training or leadership experience
  • Customer service, branding, marketing, sales or client support experience a plus
  • Self-motivator with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Career-minded - this position is directly below a management role which will soon be available!
