How do I make an impact on my team?
Our Group & Events Coordinator creates and maintains lasting relationships with guests, serving as the primary contact for all hotel group contracts. They provide exceptional service by preparing and following up with groups to ensure their stay is nothing short of memorable. 
  • Coordinate all the details that make group stays seamless. 
  • Plan and book meetings, social events, and small group functions 
  • Work closely with clients to ensure every detail is accurate and executed flawlessly 
  • Partner with our Sales, Front Office, and Operations teams to create exceptional guest experiences 
  • Prepare banquet event orders, rooming lists, and group resumes 
  • Keep contracts, CRM systems, and event details organized and up to date 
  • Be a problem solver, relationship builder, and hospitality ambassador every day. 

What does success look like in this role?
  • Hotel sales experience 
  • Group sales or event coordination experience 
  • Marriott systems knowledge 
  • Delphi, or similar sales system experience 
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
  • Two-year degree or equivalent related work experience 
  • Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities
