Description
  • Lead new product introduction programs from award through production launch and project closure.
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for all launch-related activities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs and cross-functional launch meetings.
  • Drive accountability and execution across all departments.
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Escalate issues that may impact cost, quality, timing, or customer satisfaction.

Phase Gate Management


  • Own and administer the Amerequip NPI Phase Gate process.
  • Ensure required deliverables are completed prior to advancing between gates.
  • Schedule and lead gate review meetings.
  • Maintain project documentation and launch records.
  • Monitor program health and communicate status to leadership.
  • Track project completion metrics and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Coordination


  • Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams throughout the launch.
