Job description

The Program Manager, Talent & Leadership Development plays a critical role in supporting the development and execution of initiatives that build leadership capability, enable succession planning, and prepare leaders for success in roles with broader scope or complexity. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, the Talent team, and business leaders to advance programs that reflect organizational priorities and leadership expectations.
Acting as a collaborative and detail-oriented partner, this role brings structure and coordination to key initiatives including leadership development programs, leader transitions, and enterprise talent planning. The Program Manager will contribute to the planning, logistics, communication, and measurement of these programs, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for leaders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the design, delivery, and evolution of leadership development programs aligned to enterprise needs and leadership expectations.
• Coordinate and manage the logistics of development initiatives, including content curation, scheduling, communications, and participant engagement.
• Support the execution of enterprise talent planning efforts, including succession planning tools, templates, timelines, and tracking mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain leader onboarding and transition resources to support success in expanded or enterprise-level roles.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure visibility and development opportunities for key talent segments.
• Create and manage program communications, materials, and stakeholder updates to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Track program metrics and feedback to inform continuous improvement.
• Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with internal objectives and cultural fit.
• Stay informed on emerging practices in leadership development, adult learning, and talent strategy to bring fresh thinking to program design.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training and development, talent development, leadership programming, or related roles that support the growth of leaders and teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and build relationships across a matrixed organization.
• Skilled at creating clear, engaging content and program materials for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of leadership development frameworks, adult learning principles, and succession planning practices preferred.
• Highly collaborative, resourceful, and proactive with a strong commitment to executional excellence.
Wage: $135,000 - $156,000.00 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
